Sizes:

Regular >> bracelet measures 5 1/2" with a 1 inch gap and should fit a wrist that measures between 5 3/4" to 6 1/4".

Large >> bracelet measures 6" with a 1 inch gap and should fit a wrist that measures between 6" to 6 3/4"

Extra Large  >> bracelet measures 6 1/4" with a 1 inch gap and should fit a wrist that measures between 6 1/4" to 7" 

Cuff bracelets are slightly adjustable and can be gently manipulated to fit the shape of your wrist, whether your wrist is more round or oval.
